A snug fit is better in order to prevent slippage, but it should still feel comfortable. The average penis size erect is about 5.2 inches in length. Unless you are much bigger or much smaller, the regular should fit. Otherwise look for condoms that are sized. The best way to know is to measure yourself when erect. There are also condoms that come in ribbed, flavored, ultra thin, etc. You may want to buy a variety pack of condoms that offer you different options so you can experiment. Next, you may want to practice putting it on to reduce the possible awkwardness of the first time. When using a condom, first check the expiration date and make sure it is still valid. When putting it on, make sure you hold the tip between your fingers as you need to leave room for the sperm to gather.
